Unable to View Photos on Galaxy P1000 tablet copied on Memory Card

I have a samsung galaxy p1000 tablet. I have drag and dropped some photo’s onto the memory card in the tab, but they are not recognised and I am unable to view them. I am having the same problem with films, music is ok and plays no problem. Can someone help please.

    Whats the way you have copied those photos onto your memory card? Because possibly you would have copied the wrong files?

    Hi, sorry for the delay in replying as i have been on holiday. I have tried to drag and drop the whole picture folder as well as individual photo’s from my pc to the memory card in the tab, it will move the file but does not recognise the file type and will not show it, but they are only jpg pictures so i can’t understand why?
