Motorola Milestone Network Connectivity Problem Low Signal Bars

Hello to all and to Amit too,

I m having Motorola Milestone bought last year in November, But, From first day only I m having a network related problem. In the full network area too. There is only 3 Signals out of 4. And GPRS is so slow that What shall I say?

My Carrier is Vodafone-IN. Please help me.
