Cannot open video email on Android with Adobe flash player

I need your help and my question is:

One of my relative recently bought Samsung Glaxy S2 android model -gingerbread 2.3 [which is know to be the best] but he can not open video email. I am doing the marketing of a US based company in the field of video communication, when contacted replied me that you must download plugin to see the video email. I have searched the net but could not locate the correct software. So I am writing to you to help me out. Adobe flash player is already downloaded on the mobile

If you need any other information, please do let me know so that I want to see the video email on his phone. So far only iphone and android operating systems have the facility to see video email.
