I have used Verizon service with NO problems with reception for many years. Recently upgraded to an iPhone and experienced horrid reception at both my home and at my business, took it back to Sam’s Club and snce they did not have another iPhone to try, I traded it for a HTC Incredible 2, and while it seems I can get calls, it is rare that there are any bars showing at all, and often the calls that I do get are dropped. Why do I have such problems with SMART phones? I am considering to go back to my LG Extravert.
